- Clearly understand the professional boundaries between coaching and therapy within ICF ethical guidelines

Izabella Csordás PCC
Izabella is a dedicated professional coach with 800+ coaching hours, an MSc in Economics, and a postgraduate degree in Mental Health and Organization Development. She works as a business, career, and team coach, NVC (non-violent communication) teacher, and mental health & OD consultant.
She has created several self-knowledge journals and co-developed Team Compass (www.teamcompass.hu), a validated team diagnostic tool supporting team development.
Her work is characterized by empathy, patience, and genuine human connection. She is passionate about developing emotional intelligence and supporting self-identical, internally driven operation. Through her practice, she fosters lasting change by creating real, accurate understanding of situations and the people involved.
This workshop is a free online event, organized by the ICF Hungarian Charter Chapter.
