As Executive Coach at Associate Director level at EY's Global Coaching Boutique, I provide executive coaching across EMEIA, focusing on priority partner populations and those in leadership development programs preparing for future leadership roles. My responsibilities include delivering coaching aligned with global strategies, providing transformative experiences that uphold the ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics, and collaborating with a global team of experienced coaches.

With over 30 years of navigating the intricacies of international business, leadership, and coaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a multifaceted skill set to each engagement. As a Master Certified Coach, ICF certified Team Coach, seasoned coach trainer, Gestalt therapist, and supervisor, I blend rigorous professional standards with a deep understanding of personal growth. This ensures that each leader I work with is not only equipped with strategic insights but also with the personal resilience necessary for high performance.

My commitment extends beyond individual coaching sessions. I am actively involved in designing training programs that establish secure, transformative learning environments where professionals from various backgrounds come together to sharpen their skills and expand their perspectives under my guidance. As the president of ICF Denmark, I am dedicated to reinvigorating the coaching community and promoting standards of excellence that enhance our profession globally.
