The change curve – as a useful tool in coaching
Coaching is a very powerful modality when it comes to working with clients in change. We all have been through several changes, and many have heard of the change curve. Yet experience shows that for real people are not aware nor clear of it. This applies to both the client and the professional developer side.
In this webinar we learn about how to use the change curve as a tool for building trust, a shared perspective and language with our clients, creating understanding and awareness in the coaching process, should the context be individual, group or teamcoaching. We also explore how change curve can serve as a foundation for creating agreement and goal setting with our clients and how directions or further steps can be derived in partnership, setting the course of resourceful growth.

Csaba interprets embodiment, mindfulness and his dance related experience into the corporate and organizational environment. Csaba also functions as a mentor coach, coach trainer and a coach supervisor. Csaba has been running his independent coaching, training and consulting firm since 2013.
